Saw a very interesting article suggesting it is health, not weight we should focus on.
Losing weight, which is a very poor measure of health anyway as fat is much lighter than muscle, is notoriously hard to do and sustain.
However, focus on health and that means exercise and lots of nutritious food and we live longer happier lives. Stay off the sad step people and just move a little more today than you did yesterday.
